Project: Four Points Sheraton 150 room hotel, located in industrial fringes of Soho, totaling approximately 57,000 square feet , capped by an iconic metallic silver crown visible from all directions. The glass-roofed forecourt provides a unique urban refuge. Rare steel framed construction for this building type was crafted to minimize building weight, avoiding pile foundations, and to benefit from low-cost local labor to reduce construction costs.
